Production Introduction:
It is a cigarette inspection device designed to detect improperly filled or missing filters in grouped cigarettes within a cigarette packaging machine.
During cigarette production, defects may occur due to malfunctions at various stages of the production process. Issues such as loose packaging can lead to poor product appearance and inconsistent smoking characteristics. Another problem is that loosely packed cigarettes cannot be properly handled by the packaging machine.
A cigarette inspection device for a packaging machine is positioned at a certain point in the production line before cigarettes are loaded into cartons, enabling simultaneous inspection of the ends of grouped cigarettes.
Working Process:
An apparatus for detecting and rejecting defective cigarette rods before they enter the quantitative output channels.
The discharge outlets of the cigarette separating chute are connected to inspection channels, which align the cigarette rods into mutually parallel vertical cigarette streams. The number of vertical cigarette streams corresponds to the number of discharge channels in the quantitative output channels. Each vertical stream is equipped with a cigarette quality detection device and a pneumatic rejection mechanism. The cigarette rods to be inspected undergo detection and rejection during appropriate pause intervals, while qualified cigarette rods are directly pushed into the corresponding discharge channels of the quantitative output channels via a transverse single-rod pushing mechanism.
The present invention enables the rejection of unqualified cigarette rods before they enter the quantitative output channels, completely avoiding the significant waste caused by batch rejection.
