Ferric Oxide For

hot melt adhesives provide several advantages over solvent-based adhesives. Volatile organic compounds are reduced or eliminated, and the drying or curing step is eliminated. Some HMAs may not be resistant to chemical attacks and weathering. HMAs do not lose thickness during solidifying; solvent-based adhesives may lose up to 50–70% of layer thickness during drying.Hot melt adhesives have long shelf life and usually can be disposed of without special precautions. Some of the disadvantages involve thermal load of the substrate, limiting use to substrates not sensitive to higher temperatures, and loss of bond strength at higher temperatures, up to complete melting of the adhesive. This can be reduced by using a reactive adhesive that after solidifying undergoes further curing e.g., by moisture (e.g., reactive urethanes and silicones), or is cured by ultraviolet radiation.

Payment options are negotiable to a certain extent under below principles:

For products of customized specification, or painted as required, or of special materials, we need full payment upon ordering.

For products we have in stock, normally we ask for full payment upon shipment.

For regular size wear parts/ consumables/ spares, normally we request 50% down payment before sending order to our plant, and the balance before shipment.

Ports & Customs:

Most of our factories locate in mainland China, while our suppliers are actually worldwide. It’s possible you will have shipment from any port of mainland China, India, Cambodia including Europe. For larger orders, unless requested otherwise, shipments will leave from the nearest port of our manufacturing factory.

For goods of smaller amount and weight, or products we have in stock, usually they will get loaded on board via Shanghai customs. In such case, if client order several pieces of machine accessories of regular specifications, your cargo will go from Shanghai custom.
