Product Description

Pd 400 Acetate Tow Filter Blade Of Cigarette Assembly Line For Last Cutting Process

Filter Knife is a component of cigarette making machines to slice filter rod after being connected to cigarette rod.

1. Martensitic Steels

They all fall into four categories (with some overlap though)

Martensitic stainless steels ranges from a large variety of properties and are used as stainless engineering steels, stainless tool steels, and creep-resistant steels. They are all magnetic, but not as corrosion-resistant as ferritic and austenitic stainless steels because of their low chromium content.

2. Heat Treatment

The austenite is transformed into martensite, a hard body-centered tetragonal crystal structure. The quenched martensite is too hard and brittle for most applications. Some residual austenite may remain.

Tempering. Martensite would be heated to around 500 °C (932 °F), held at such high temperature, then air-cooled. Higher tempering temperatures decrease yield strength and ultimate tensile strength but increase the elongation and impact resistance.

3. Nitrogen-Alloyed Steels

As PESR is expensive, lower but significant nitrogen contents have been achieved by using the standard argon oxygen decarburization process. Replacing some carbon in martensitic stainless steels by nitrogen is a just recent development. Steel containing up to 0.41% nitrogen is achieved, leading to higher hardness and strength and higher corrosion resistance.

The limited solubility of nitrogen would be increased by the pressure electroslag refining process, in which melting is carried out under nitrogen pressure.
