Hollow Rod Cigarette Filter Cutter

Product Description

Hollow Rod Specialized Final Cutter For Cigarette Filter Cutting

Filter Knife is a component of cigarette making machines to slice filter rod after being connected to cigarette rod.

Nitrogen-Alloyed Martensitic Stainless Steels

Replacing some carbon in martensitic stainless steels by nitrogen is a just recent development. The limited solubility of nitrogen would be increased by the pressure electroslag refining process, in which melting is carried out under nitrogen pressure. Steel containing up to 0.41% nitrogen is achieved, leading to higher hardness and strength and higher corrosion resistance. As PESR is expensive, lower but significant nitrogen contents have been achieved by using the standard argon oxygen decarburization process.

Usages

Ferritic stainless steels are cheaper than austenitic steels and present in many commercial products, which include:

Building components, such as slate hooks, roofing, and chimney ducts

Power plates in solid oxide fuel cells operating at temperatures around 700 °C (1,292 °F) (high-chromium ferritics containing 22% Cr)

Architectural and structural applications (Type 430, which contains 17% Cr)

Household goods, such as kitchenware, sinks, and major appliances

Automobile exhaust pipes (Type 409 and 409 Cb[2] are used in North America; stabilized grades Type 439 and 441 are used in Europe)

Austenitic Stainless Steel

Austenitic stainless steel is the largest category of stainless steels, making up about two-thirds of total stainless steel production. They possess an austenitic microstructure, a face-centered cubic crystal structure.

This micro-structure is comprehended by alloying steel with sufficient nickel or manganese and nitrogen to maintain an austenitic microstructure at all temperatures, ranging from the cryogenic region to the melting point. Thus, austenitic stainless steels are none hardenable by heat treatment since they possess the same microstructure at all temperature environments.
