A governor, or a speed limiter or controller, is a device used to measure and regulate the speed of a machine, such as an engine.

Operation of flyball governors to control speeds of a water turbine
Typical systems would use a Flyball governor acting directly on the turbine input valve or the wicket gate to control the amount of water entering the turbine. By 1930, mechanical governors started to use PID controllers for more precise control. In the later part of the twentieth century, electronic governors and digital systems started to replace mechanical governors.

Droop speed control:
Droop speed control is a control mode used for AC electrical power generators, whereby the power output of a generator reduces as the line frequency increases. It is commonly used as the speed control mode of the governor of a prime mover driving a synchronous generator connected to an electrical grid.
In practice, the droop curves used by generators on large electrical grids are not necessarily linear or the same, and may be adjusted by operators. This permits the ratio of power used to vary depending on load, so for example, base load generators will generate a larger proportion at low demand. Stability requires that over the operating frequency range the power output is a monotonically decreasing function of frequency.
Droop speed control can also be used by grid storage systems. With droop speed control those systems will remove energy from the grid at higher than average frequencies, and supply it at lower frequencies.

For electrical generation on synchronous electrical grids prime mover's drive electrical generators which are electrically coupled to any other generators on the grid. With droop speed control, the frequency of the entire grid determines the fuel delivered to each generator, so that if the grid runs faster, the fuel is reduced to each generator by its governor to limit the speed.

For goods of lesser amount and weight, or goods we have in stock, usually they get loaded on board via Guangzhou custom. That is, if you order several pieces of machine accessories of regular specifications, more likely than not your cargo will depart from Guangzhou custom.
As for larger orders, unless requested otherwise, shipments will set sail from the nearest port of the manufacturing plant(s). Our plants locates mostly in mainland China, while our suppliers worldwide. So it is possible you will have cargoes from any port of mainland China, India, Laos or even Europe.
Preferred: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR
It had always been our first priority to provide quotation with EXW terms applied price. Still for final shipment the other 3 sets of shipping terms are most recommended. We would like to have the export clearance process done by ourselves since normally we know China’s customs more than our clients do. Also the tax rebate procedure can be more or less simplified if we clear the custom on our own.
For any other sets of shipping terms especially those where export clearance is no more our obligation to see to, please contact with us for further detail negotiation, so as to avoid any discordance.
Clients are always welcome to our office for better communication, and also to our plants for an on-site inspection. Please inform us of your journey beforehand so that we could meet you at the airport and join you to visit our plants.
Before business actually starts, we are always glad to send you samples(wear parts/ consumables/ spares) for a quality test.
For requirement of specific certification to meet import regulations of certain nations, inform us beforehand to get our products certified if they are not yet.
We provide on-site engineering support for installation of complete machines if requested.
Larger orders always get better prices.
Most products can be customized, please contact with us for any specifications needed but not listed on our website.
For wear parts/ consumables/ spares made of metals, material is often optional. Normally choices of our client varies from steel to alloy, depending on capacity of the machine to be applied to.
Please also let us know before shipment if you need extra insurance for freight.
Payment terms are negotiable under following principles:
For products we have in stock, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.
For products of customized specification, or painted as required, or of special materials, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.
For regular size wear parts/ consumables/ spares, normally we request 30% payment before sending order to our plant, and the balance before shipment.
When CIF or CFR terms are applied to a trade of lesser amount, taking delivery time, cost, risk, custom clearance proficiency, and other factors into account, we choose express among DHL, UPS, TNT, Aramex, Fedex, SF Express to deliver your goods.
