Surface strengthened Cut Cigarette Rods Receiving Drum With Air Distribution Plate Transferring Rods To Filter Machine
Blackened Receival Drum
Blackened Receival Drum is a component connecting the cigarette rod maker and filter machine. It receives cut cigarette rods and transfer them in order to the filter machine.
A standard black oxide is magnetite (Fe3O4), which is more mechanically stable on the surface and provides better corrosion protection than red oxide (rust) Fe2O3. Modern industrial approaches to forming black oxide include the hot and mid-temperature processes described below. The oxide can also be formed by an electrolytic process in anodizing. Traditional methods are described in the article on bluing. They are of interest historically, and are also useful for hobbyists to form black oxide safely with little equipment and without toxic chemicals.
Low temperature oxide, also described below, is not a conversion coating—the low-temperature process does not oxidize the iron, but deposits a copper selenium compound.
Regular receival drums are for 7.8*84mm cigarettes, MK8 model. Please provide detailed info. to us if your desired specs is different.
Depending on cigarette sizes, cigarette rod machine model, filter machine model and other factors, time needed for manufacturing can vary. Thus details of product and relative lead time must be negotiated beforehand to avoid any discordance.
Hard and tough
Long functional life
High temperature tolerance
High fracture strength
High receiving accuracy
We provide receival drums for basically all types of cigarette making machines including MK8, MK9, Protos 70/80/90, etc.
The drum shown in photos is for Chinese made MK8.
Port of Departure:
For goods of lesser amount and weight, or goods we have in stock, usually they get loaded on board via Guangzhou custom. That is, if you order several pieces of machine accessories of regular specifications, more likely than not your cargo will depart from Guangzhou custom.
