Long Functional Life Steel Embossing Roller is a component assembled within a cigarette packing machine to emboss the packaging foil paper(often made of aluminum) to form certain patterns(usually brand logo).

Depending on complexity of desired patterns, materials of the roller, type of machine to be applied to, and other factors, time needed for manufacturing can vary. Thus details of product and relative lead time must be negotiated beforehand to avoid any discordance.

Clients are always welcome to our office for better communication, and also to our plants for an on-site inspection. Please inform us of your journey beforehand so that we could meet you at the airport and join you to visit our plants.
We provide on-site engineering support for installation of complete machines if requested.
For requirement of specific certification to meet import regulations of certain nations, inform us beforehand to get our products certified if they are not yet.
