cigarette machine detector,
electromagnetic tooth clutch
Cigarette sensor is a component assembled within almost every cigarette packing machine used to detect cigarette distribution in finished packets.
Regular cigarette sensors are for rectangular and round-edged boxes, 7.8*84mm cigarettes, 7+6+7 distribution. Please provide detailed info. to us if your desired specs is not stated above.
Depending on packet style, cigarette sizes, distribution style, machine type and other factors, time needed for manufacturing can vary. Thus details of product and relative lead time must be negotiated beforehand to avoid any discordance.
Condition: brand new
Long functional life
High temperature tolerance
High fracture strength
We provide cigarette sensors for basically all types of cigarette packing machines including HLP(1, 2), SASIB(3000/ 6000), GD(X1/ X2/ 2000/ X2000/ X3000/ H1000/ X6/ X86),FOCKE(350/ 700).
In the broadest definition, a sensor is a device, module, machine, or subsystem whose purpose is to detect events or changes in its environment and send the information to other electronics, frequently a computer processor. A sensor is always used with other electronics.
Sensors are used in everyday objects such as touch-sensitive elevator buttons (tactile sensor) and lamps which dim or brighten by touching the base, besides innumerable applications of which most people are never aware. With advances in micromachinery and easy-to-use microcontroller platforms, the uses of sensors have expanded beyond the traditional fields of temperature, pressure or flow measurement
A sensor's sensitivity indicates how much the sensor's output changes when the input quantity being measured changes. For instance, if the mercury in a thermometer moves 1 cm when the temperature changes by 1 °C, the sensitivity is 1 cm/°C (it is basically the slope dy/dx assuming a linear characteristic). Some sensors can also affect what they measure; for instance, a room temperature thermometer inserted into a hot cup of liquid cools the liquid while the liquid heats the thermometer. Sensors are usually designed to have a small effect on what is measured; making the sensor smaller often improves this and may introduce other advantages.
Larger orders always get better prices.
Most products can be customized, please contact with us for any specifications needed but not listed on our website.
For wear parts/ consumables/ spares made of metals, material is often optional. Normally choices of our client varies from steel to alloy, depending on capacity of the machine to be applied to.
